📦 Processing Times
All items are handcrafted in small batches.
Processing times vary depending on the product:
- Ready‑made items: 2–5 business days
- Personalised or custom pieces: 5–10 business days
- Seasonal or high‑demand periods: Please allow additional time
You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
đźšš Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia‑wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post
Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
🕊️ Order Tracking
All parcels include tracking.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow your order’s journey.

Every order is wrapped in premium packaging to protect your piece. Fragile items are cushioned and secured to minimise risk during transit.
Please note: Slate is a natural stone and is inherently fragile. While we package each piece with great care, Agapi & Timi Atelier is not responsible for breakage or damage that occurs during transit or after the parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier.
đź“® Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels
Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, we are not responsible for loss or theft. If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact the courier first, then reach out to us for support.
🛑 Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
